Terms & Conditions
These conditions apply to and govern all contracts for the supply of goods and services provided to customers and shall prevail over any inconsistent terms of conditions contained or referred to in the customer’s order or in correspondence or elsewhere and any conditions or stipulations to the contrary are hereby excluded and extinguished.
Quotations/ Prices:

Quotations and tenders by the company shall not constitute offers and the company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the same at any time prior to acceptance of the customer’s order.

Unless otherwise specified in the contract prices shall be those ruling at the time of despatch and the company shall have the right to revise the quoted prices to take account of any change in rates of duty, carriage, freight or insurance and raw material cost. Unless otherwise stated prices are exclusive of VAT.
Terms of Payment:
Our terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge 5% interest over the NatWest bank base lending rate on all accounts that are more than 7 days overdue the payment due date. An administrative fee of £60.00 will apply in addition to any court fee incurred in the event of taking legal proceedings to recover overdue accounts.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled by the customer if production has not begun and subject to customer paying an administration fee of £30.00 and reimbursing us for any costs incurred due to cancellation.
Artwork/ Proofs:

The customer is responsible for checking all proofs/ artwork and for approving within the timeframes required by us to meet production/ delivery deadlines.

The customer warrants that fulfilment of the order will not infringe any intellectual property rights (including copyright) and will indemnify us against all costs and expenses incurred in any such infringement.
Samples/ Tolerances:
Samples are sent to represent the true nature of the final engraved product – on request. Every effort will be made to supply products of the quality of samples submitted but exact match cannot be guaranteed. Size, position and quality are subject to tolerances within +/- 10%.
Delivery:

Please allow a minimum of 3 working days from approvals of proofs. Any deliveries brought forward from the original date agreed or orders requiring exceptionally fast turnaround will be subject to an additional charge: Same day/ Next Day Service - £60.00; 2-3 days Service - £30.00. All express lead times are subject to availability.

The customer is responsible for giving clear instructions, checking goods on delivery and notifies us immediately for any non-delivery or obvious shortfall/ damage on delivery.
Complaints/ Liability:
Complaints cannot be considered unless notified to us in writing within 7 days of delivery or where the goods are not available for inspection. If a claim is validly made and substantiated then we will give a credit towards the price of the goods. Under no circumstances will we be liable to the customer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether loss of profit or otherwise) arising from or as a result of our supply, delay in supplying or failure to supply goods or for any other reason whatsoever. Our company liability is limited to replacement value of the defective goods. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, which may be suffered by the customer as a direct or indirect result of the company delaying in or being prevented from carrying out its obligations under the contract by reasons beyond our control e.g. act of God, strike, accident, breakdown of machinery, fire, flood, difficulty in obtaining workmen, materials or transport.English law will apply to all our sales. If one part of these conditions were found to be invalid/ unenforceable it will not affect the validity of the remainder. The customer is not entitled to assign the benefit of this contract to any third party without our consent.
